The Phoenix Learning Platform ™ provides a learning management system for training account managers to track and control their training budgets and the distribution of online courses throughout the organization. The training manager can manage trainees, manage departments, allocate training units, add trainees individually or “on mass”, enroll trainees in courses, print certificates, review trainee progress, and print reports. This learning management system gives you more flexibility as a training manager. Student online registration is quick and easy.
Workplace Health and Safety Courses
Organizations can choose Pinnacle provided courses or supply their own workplace health and safety courses to be placed on the Phoenix Learning Platform™. We have a certified eLearning Instructional Designer in house to create and develop current online training courses or to create company specific health and safety training that meets your requirements. Pinnacle also offers customization of Pinnacle courses to make them company specific when they appear on the Phoenix Learning Platform. Training Units versus Training Courses
To purchase courses at Pinnacle, you buy “training units” which you can apply to any of our health and safety courses. These units do not expire so there’s no rush to use them up. The Pinnacle Training Manager is a software program that distributes training units to your staff and gives you access to all reporting (invoices, courses, certificates, reclaim of units, etc). Pinnacle offers loyalty ongoing price volume discounts.
Convenient and Self-paced eLearning
Courses may be taken in the comfort of your own home or on the workplace computer system. Courses are self-paced so that you may pause to reflect, go back to review previous topics, or stop and return at another time. Training is available with convenient 24 hour access. Based on which of the workplace health and safety courses you choose, you are allowed 2 or 3 attempts at the test. A certificate of completion (or wallet card) can be easily printed on successful completion of the specific course.
