  • Where do I find my courses?
    • Mouse over 'My Pinnacle' to see a dropdown, and then click on 'My Training'. The new page contains both 'Current Courses' i.e. incomplete and 'Completed Courses'.  Click on 'Current Courses' tab to see your course or courses that are available to take, or click on the Tab labelled 'Completed Courses' to see the courses that you have completed.
  • Where or when do I get my certificate?
    • Once your have completed your course, then there are two ways to print your certificate of completion.

      1. Mouse over ‘My Pinnacle’ in the white menu bar, the one with our logo, and click on ‘My Profile’ in the dropdown.
        1. Scroll down to the section titled ‘Enrolled Courses’
        2. In the right columns of the spreadsheet layout you will see a scroll and a wallet
        3. For a full-sized certificate, click on the scroll, and it will generate a PDF
          1. The system will ask if you want to ‘Open’, ‘Save’ or Cancel
          2. Click ‘Open’ to be able to print the certificate and the PDF will open
          3. Use the PDF Reader program’s print function to print your certificate

        1. You may not see your course display, if that is the case, click on the ‘Completed Courses’ tab
        2. At the bottom of the logo for your course are two smaller icons, a scroll and a wallet
        3. For a full-sized certificate, click on the scroll, and it will generate a PDF
          1. The system will ask if you want to ‘Open’, ‘Save’ or Cancel
          2. Click ‘Open’ to be able to print the certificate and the PDF will open
          3. Use the PDF Reader program’s print function to print your certificate
